The Just Grillin Outdoor Living team was contracted to design and build a custom patio that included a screened-in shade structure, outdoor kitchen and fire pit seating area for this client.  This project was a standalone project to enhance this clients new home build that had no upgraded amenities for the outdoor space. This project was completed in the Thonotosassa, Florida area.

This outdoor space was pretty much a blank canvas to start with. The patio did not extend beyond the small roof overhang that came with the home. Our team not only extended the deck by a large amount, we incorporated an elevated fire pit pad and walkway that connects to the driveway for easy accessibility to the patio. The covered pergola-style structure helps block heat keeping the underneath area at least 10° F to 20° F cooler than the outside air temperature.

Many of the materials from decking to outdoor kitchen stone and granite all accentuate one another and make the space have a cohesive and consistent look. Our team added outdoor patio lighting in the deck and to the shade structure with individual lights and fans. The structure is screened in which will keep mosquitoes and other flying insects out allowing this client and their guests to remain comfortable.

The outdoor kitchen features premium and luxury appliances from Hestan Outdoor. The kitchen features a gas grill, gas power burner, insulated ice bin and refrigerator. Our team incorporated undercounter lighting for the outdoor kitchen that wraps around the entirety of the kitchen from the face to bar-seating areas.
