This pan is designed for commercial use so there may be slight cosmetic flaws. Lloyd Pans calls these “beauty marks”. In a commercial kitchen, cosmetic imperfections don’t matter. Hand wash only with soap and water. Use a soft sponge. Do not put in the dishwasher. Do not exceed 700° F with this pan.
