I wanted to commend Just Grillin on the most important characteristic of a small business, customer service. There are many choices now a days to buy items including online which makes it harder for small business to compete. I drive 20-25 minutes on a regular basis to shop at Just Grillin because of the customer service I receive either from Trevor or anyone else working the floor. They are more than generous to help with warranty issues and will even bring in products that you request. Their selection is second to none and I can speak for my brother-in-law as well we will continue to make Just Grillin our number one spot for not only grilling accessories but rubs, marinades etc. Customer service goes further than price and when you have a small business like Just Grillin who offers both of those aspects, it’s a win-win. The team at Just Grillin is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. The store offers a great line of products in house for everyone from casual to competitive barbecuers. If they do not carry a particular product, they will order it for you. Delivery is on time and their follow up is prompt. In house assembly is offered if you like. We thoroughly enjoy the variety of interactive cooking classes they have to offer. Service at Just Grillin is far above and beyond what what we expect from big box stores! We absolutely enjoy going there even just to browse or to stop in and say hello!
Dear Doug, Being in business myself for over 40 years, it seems that more people took time out of their day to submit complaints to me on my employees, and not take the time to recognize those employees that delivered exceptional service.
