The perforations allow more airflow and heat to reach the bottom of what you’re baking.
This tray is made of 14-gauge aluminum. The 13-inch diameter allows it to fit in pizza ovens such as the Ooni Koda and Ooni Pro Outdoor Oven among others.
This pan is designed for commercial use so there may be slight cosmetic flaws. Lloyd Pans calls these “beauty marks”. In a commercial kitchen, cosmetic imperfections don’t matter. These marks have no affect on the performance of the product. The product performs at the highest level for optimal cooking.
This pan requires no seasoning. Hand wash with soap and water. Do not use in the dishwasher. Do not exceed 700° F with this tray.
