Top-Down Infrared Broiler
The 16,000 BTU infrared burner is mounted to the inside roof of the grill allowing it to be much more than just a rotisserie burner. Use the burner as a broiler to sear off all kinds of foods from meat to veggies for an incredible crust or roast. This allows you to have more usable cook space below without giving up a designated zone of your grill for a lower infrared sear burner.
Weber CRAFTED Ready
The Summit FS38 S comes Weber Crafted ready by including the correct grates and frame kit allowing you to use your grill in multiple ways. Rather than purchasing multiple appliances to cook with, add on a handful of different accessories to use your Summit to its full potential. Crafted accessories include a flat top griddle, wok/steamer, sear grate, baking stone and veggie/roasting basket.
Stainless Smoker Box
The new Summit FS38 S uses a large, stainless steel smoker box that you can move freely inside the grill where space allows to add a low and slow smoky taste to your meals. This allows you to maximize your cook space.
Tuck-Away Rotisserie Motor
Just like on previous versions of the Summit, the rotisserie motor is a tuck-away system that when not in use easily hides so you can use all of your shelf space that comes with the grill. The rod can be hidden and hung neatly out of sight on the backside of the grill.
