The Just Grillin Outdoor Living team was contracted to design and build a new custom outdoor kitchen and entertainment bar cabinet section for this clients’ patio. This project was a remodeling project to an existing home and patio. This project was completed in the Tampa, Florida area.

This project required demolition of an existing outdoor kitchen. The project also required coordinating with another remodeling company to wait on patio modifications to allow our team to bring the contracted design to life. This project is unique that while the outdoor kitchen and entertainment bar section are separate form each other, they also require careful planning as the countertop above the entertainment section is shared with the outdoor kitchen. The clients had an existing motorized screen that required special attention to detail to not alter or disrupt its functionality when installing the new design.

Our teams design added more square footage to the outdoor kitchen and incorporated more features than the previous kitchen. Our teams design allowed for a TV to be mounted above the ventilation hood and added a secondary burner cooking appliance than was previously had in the kitchen before. The outdoor kitchen features premium appliances from Alfresco Grills and Vent-A-Hood Ventilation. The clients chose an outdoor cabinetry that is very stylish and durable. Our team was able to give the client a wider sink and add refrigeration. The refrigerator is hidden as the client selected a panel-ready model which allows for the cabinetry panel to mount to the door helping hide the refrigerator in the design.

The entertainment bar section features a TV cabinet, beverage station, trash center and storage. This area was created when the clients are spending more time on the pool deck and enjoying some of Florida’s better weather days. This section was a unique feature for the design.
