The Just Grillin Outdoor Living team was contracted to design and build a custom outdoor living space that included a new patio and screen cage for this client.  This project was a standalone project to enhance this clients backyard. This project was completed in the Brandon, Florida area.

The project site was a backyard with grass before our team was hired for this project. Our crews had to prep the site with lots of digging to be able to pour concrete footers that allow the screen cage to fasten to. This helps meet Florida and local building codes. Electrical was run in numerous places to allow for a future jacuzzi spa to be added. The screen cage features a double door that will allow the jacuzzi to be added easily. Our team added two outdoor-rated fans with lights to the screen cage. our crews also installed gutters along the screen cage and the along the roof of the house to help guide water away from the structure when it’s raining.
