The Just Grillin Outdoor Living team was contracted to design and build a new shade structure and add on to an existing outdoor kitchen. This project was done to further enhance and entertain on the patio. This project was completed in the Tampa, Florida area.

You can see what the project area looked like before our project by clicking through all the photos. The new pergola structure replaced an older wooden trellis that was aging and did not protect from the elements. The new shade structure not only features a solid roof to protect from rain above but the paneling is translucent that allows filtered light through so the area is not entirely dark underneath during daylight hours.

The client had an existing outdoor kitchen. We refreshed the grill in the kitchen and closed in the back wall for more privacy while adding a ventilation hood to help redirect smoke from the screened in patio area. We also added accent tiles and a special tile backsplash on the wall for the client.
