Versa Rack System
The Versa Rack System allows you to customize your cooking space in a variety of ways to be most efficient when cooking. With this grill, Coyote gives you three stainless steel half cooking racks/grates to use on a second and third tier. You can adjust the side rack mounts to create unique tier levels based on the amount of cooking space needed. This versatility is very useful and an excellent feature unlike most grills. Get up to 609 sq. in. total in cooking space when using all racks and grates on this grill.
Front Load Hopper
The Front Load Hopper makes it easy to refuel before or during your cooks. This feature is great especially for built-in grills. The 28″ grill has a 12 lbs capacity for pellets.
Dual Auger & Fan
The Coyote Pellet Grill uses a dual auger system and dual fans. The dual augers allows you to create unique flavor blends of pellets by mixing in the hopper. It also helps you keep cooking if one auger jams since you have a second that can keep feeding the fire. The dual fans helps the grill ramp up quickly and maintain temperatures easily.
Laser Cut Grates
The included Laser Cut Grates are a mirrored stainless steel that provide great grill marks and are easy to maintain. When cooking at high temperatures, flip the grates over and allow the underneath side to clean itself while you continue cooking. These grates also help protect from narrow foods from falling through the grates.
Direct Flame Capabilities (Sear Grate)
This grill can reach temperatures of 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the included sear grate with the included grate tool to remove the interchangble middle solid heat diffuser shield to insert the sear grate when cooking direct flame/high heat.
Easy Cleaning
This grill is equipped with dual drip trays where most grease and drippings funnel to. The drip trays slide out and the pans inside pull out for easy cleaning. The fire pot easily removes to vacuum out ash. The entire heat shield is lightweight and easily lifts out to access this area in the grill.
This grill does require electricity to turn on. It requires a 120v; 5A; 60HZ connection. Coyote offers this pellet grill in built-in or freestanding options.
