Early Bird’s sole purpose is to help you get Thunderbird results on your own smoker – delicious taste right down to the bone. Pairing this brine with Chicken Scratch will push your bird results into new territory.
Mix Contents into 3 qts or boiling water. Whisk to dissolve. Remove from heat and cool down quickly with 2 qts ice. This will brine 2 dozen jumbo whole wings. Wings/Chicken for 24 hours. Turkey for 36 hours.
Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Apple Sugar, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper, Thyme and Ginger.
