Use the inner burner only for simmering. A sealed burner bowl protects from boilovers and spills. The unit comes with an included stainless steel top cover for protection when not in use.
A stainless steel removable drip tray allows for easy cleaning .The LED lighted control knobs make it easy to see and operate the appliance at night as well as make for a visually appealing display.
