Meat Church combined their Holy Cow and The Gospel All-Purpose BBQ Rub. However, this isn’t a 50-50 mix. Holy Cow is heavy on Black Pepper. The Gospel All-Purpose is a neutral flavor profile. This seasoning tames some of the black pepper taste and adds to the flavor profile of The Gospel creating a great seasoning that pairs well with brisket, steaks, pork butts, ribs and chicken.
