The cooking grates are 9mm stainless steel which are extremely durable. These grates are comparable to grates you would find on many luxury grilling appliances so it is a tremendous value that they are included with the SP-E-335 model. These stainless grates are also thicker than the stainless grates that you would find on select other Genesis models. The SP-E-335 features three PureBlu Burners with 13,000 BTU’s of power in the main cooking area. The Sear Zone adds a fourth burner, also 13,000 BTU’s, sandwiched between the middle and right side burner to create a special intense heat zone for better searing capabilities.

The SP-E-335 comes Crafted enabled which means you can unlock more cooking potential with special accessories including a flat top, roasting basket, baking stone, wok/steamer, sear grate and more. The Crafted System is a special suite of accessories that you purchase individually to make your grill a versatile all-in-one cooking machine. Cleaning the grill is a breeze with the pull out grease and ash management tray. Simply slide out the grease tray, push grease and food below into the disposable foil catch pan and simply discard and replace.
