The griddle is liquid propane fueled and uses a 20 lbs propane tank. The griddle features a middle shelf for quick access to tools. There is also a lower double door storage cabinet for extra hidden storage. The griddle brings the heat with up to 48,000 btu’s available. The cook surface gives you 756 square inches of cook space.
